    Evening, where is Happy??

Just back from a whoospie/womble run. Managed to find a 100 cc receipt, £5 off fuel voucher and loads to put through on price check.

Sorted Christmas dinner. The Lakeland turkey breast crown Sel £20 * scanned at £10 and SA let me put through 2 x£1 frozen price flop vouchers :T:T May check the others tomorrow as all turkey had *. The one I got b/c ending 3700. Best before 1/9/2013.

Also the meat from the counter is all at 20% off, this still applies to whoopsies as I bought 2 lots of fillet steak whoopsied at 70% off and it then gave me a further 20% at the till :T:T

Loads of cake bars, no Easter choccies/socks/Welchs grape juice though.
Did get some lovely whoopsied flowers, lilies that are still tight buds for 75p a bunch

All in all a good trip to T's :D:D:D
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

Perforated is a great idea :T but until then... lakeland stores & website (I can't post links) have islice for £4.49. These are faster & more discrete than scissors. Have searched for alternatives and they seem to be on sale much cheaper in US (sigh!)
I was going to suggest one of these they are great and you can keep it in your purse. It usually goes through the scanners okay as it is not classed as a weapon. Sorry oif anyway has already said just catching up

I've just eaten my full 110g bar of mint aero - paid £1 though, not 50p. I should have listened to Trouty and got it from an express. Still tasted good though.:D

I've just found a pack of 4 bars in my stash from when they were glitching around the same time as the smarties. Just eaten one as got a taste for the mint after demolishing the bunny earlier and now I've noticed they are BBE 02/2012. Tasted fine to me. :rotfl:

Also found 3 CDMs and 4 packs of smarties and 2 packs of normal aeros. Had forgotten all about them. :D

Think it's time for an inventory of the chocolate stash, it's because it is not all in one place I forget and without DDs 1 and 2 to raid it guess it has not been going down as quick.

Wonder how DD1 got on today, she was quad biking in Wales.

A frustrating week as DS 2 has been poorly so off work and it's been a little stressful as I knew I had an important day at work today (my first observation). This has all interfered with my tesco glitch finds, and the frustration has been building to the heights of your choccie pyramids!

I have started my glitch notebook, so I was prepared when I went in search tomorrow pm. I couldn't wait to get those stashes of choccie eggs! Although they had mysteriously disappeared from the shelves in the last week, but I was still hopefull they would reappear!

Well what a shock I had when I walked into work today....

To an office full of Easter eggs and treats :eek::eek:

Now I must explain, I work in a primary school! The local tesco (bensonsmum - not sure which of the two) donated them for free to help with fundraising!:T

Not sure if this is a common occurrence but after I dug myself out of glitch disappointment, and smiled when offered to purchase an egg for 50p, I thought gosh that's actually a nice gesture from a Mr T manager :T

Honestly, still gutted and still hopefull that the room full was just a small percentage of their actual stock, but happy for the school funds!

Happy birthday to those celebrating, and thank you once again for this amazing community.
