thing is i dont drive so its a 20 min walk in the rain for me, ive been holding on till 10 hoping weather breaks but its looking worse:( its a regular occurance so the office know me well

Will the school not give him lunch for you to reimburse them?... it would save you a walk in the rain.

Good morning one and all :)

I can't believe I'm dreaming of £80 shops ... but I am ... and I've actually woke up with one:

    6 steak knives = 3 x £23.99 = £71.97
    1 pair of scissors = £9.99
    Total = £81.96

    Less £10 wys £80 = £71.96
    Less 4 sets of knife coupons = (3 x £17) + £7 = £58.00

    Final amount to pay £13.96

That's genius! I need to use up my knife coupons.

I would have assumed that the knife coupons would come off first so would have to spend £80 after the knife ones?

    Does anyone know?

You are correct unfortunately, sorry dcon_blue but i'm pretty sure that won't work.

this should work ok as long as you hand over the till spit BEFORE the cashier scans the knife voucher.
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Thanks everyone for your warm welcome :D

Off into town to for a few more palmolives and to use my l'oreal coupons as they only have a few days before they expire.

Will look forward to reading what everyone else has been up to later :)

found another possibility for the price flop coupon guys!!!

there are 3 varieties of Goodfellas Deep Pan Pizzas
    217665.jpg
    082375.jpg
    070174.jpg

these are £2.78 each / 2 for £4.00 at Tesco but on offer at £1 each at Asda, So buy 4 to take the total to over £10.00 and use the £2.50 off frozen price flop coupon = £5.50 spent.
assuming that these compare, you should then receive a JTD of £4.00:T:T:T

    £1.50 for 4 decent pizzas.
just a thought but maybe a good one to use alongside the palmolve and loreal vouchers if hoping for a JTD?

Hmmm, well I have enough for 2 knives (thought I had loads!) so will add them to my shopping and bump it up to over £80 and give it a go. Will report back:)

    Good Morning everyone! :)

Thank you FudgeCake - it's battering it down here so I am hoping it's going to get better as we travel! Hope things are looking up for you :)

I'm sick to death of those £10 off £80 things, I've got loads, I bought a sandwich the other day and got one! But I have never ever ever had the £6 or £4 off ones. Just usually a load of till spits that are for some rubbish I
    don't even buy!

Emmlouie - Hope you get the school you and DS1 want and you don't have to wait too long

Bubbs hope today goes as well as that sort of thing can, and that the weather brightens up for you

Hope you all have a good day and hugs to anyone who is in need :D
