Morning Nasties
The Mars Bars here have no SEL and are scanning at the full price this morning, just got backmaybe just aswell as I have my wedding outfit, a lovely Phase Eight dress and Bolero, the dress is very figure hugging, multi coloured with Fuschia being the main colour. I have choosen a cream Bolero and a Fuschia Fasinator, I have the shoes and bag to buy yet.
Toni loved all of the above and so did OH
On another note, I should be starting a new job after the wedding, which I am so pleased aboutAt 52 I am trying something different so fingers crossed
On another note :rotfl: My Mum has gave me a tip for hard bath towels, buy some Fairy fabric softener, not conditioner. Do not wash your towels too often because you get a soap build up which causes the hardness, just put in the washing machine on a rinse cycle with the fairy and line dry, no more hard towels
Sorry for the long post, my longest yet :rotfl:
Hope everyone is well and will catch you soon, the wedding is getting very close now so I am very busy
Hugs to all x
Leenie
BTW the T`s store I have tried is a large Extra, HTHToni`s Mummy0 -

Just reading back last nights posts and watching a report on tv about demand for food banks doubling in the last year. I feel bad as I maon about making ends meet but have never been at the stage where I have not enough food to feed the family
So at the risk of being shouted down can anyone who managed to find lots of cheap choccy last night think about donating some to their local food store. I am sure some families on need would love a treat like this:) Yes fully agree with this - we regularly donate our finds

Morning Elite
Firstly, thanks soooo much to Tinyshoes for getting me some purple tights. I couldn't get any round here, and purple is my favourite colour. Can't wait to see their faces at work when I turn up in those. :rotfl:
I went to 2 x t's yesterday looking for DTD wine, tomatoes or detergent, but no luck. In fact no luck on anything except some whoopsied raspberries and glitter chrysanthimums!
DIET .. not good yesterday. I had a couple of free meals yesterday, sort of restaurant reviews, and they were not healthy. Then you lot find a chocolate glitch ...you load of meanies
Today I am going to try and use a £9 off a £60 spend voucher I wombled, which means finding £60 of stuff I need. At least the 2L bottles of diet coke are BOGOF.0 -
:rotfl::rotfl: we are off today to North Wales & the weather is appalling & on the forecast it's not going to stop
Lovely cat sitters are here & eager for us to leave
When I got the Choccy last night I bumped into a SA that is friendly & loves a bargain. He looked in my trolley & I said they were on .Com as 24p & hoped they would be here
He put them through & then showed them to Q busting SA
As I left the store I glanced back through the glass & saw him looking at the relevent shelf ....
I then texted friends to get them asap.
By the time I had walked home one friend had texted back to say only 1 packet left & just loads of empty boxes  They had overheard the SA telling all the customers to buy them:D:D
so a pity for my friend but top marks to SA for sharing the glitch with customers:D

Would be interested to hear what they offer instead of easter goodies as I have a couple of these and egg sandwich vouchers left over and not sure what we get instead?
Please let me know how you get on!
Thanks
Ditto, I have a few vouchers but don't want to waste a trip as the shop nearest to me isn't exactly local.
Good Morning everyone
Was nice and sunny earlier but it's now dark and miserable.
Apparently there was a tornado around our area yesterday, I wonder if it's that to blame for tearing up my greenhouse and smashing my strawberry plants and flattening the onions
ANyway, I placed a click and collect order for chocs last night, only got 3 packs of milky ways at 24p. The mars bars in the order went through at full price despite still showing as 24p online. Everything else was OOS.
Kind Click and collect man told me to take away the milkybars and he'd still refund the order in full! :T
Hope all is well with everyone
eta: Hope you have a great holiday Snap - fingers crossed the rain won't ruin any of your plans!
I'm getting quite depressed thinking about going away this weekend if it's going to be raining all the time, we're just in a hotel so not sure what to do if it's peeing it down all the time!0
