Car Insurance Voided - FSA Agree

I find it hard to believe that the insurance company would void insurance on a car that caught fire just because of undeclared alloy wheels, I thought that previous precedent had it that in such cases they just wouldn't cover the undeclared mods, as long as they had no connection to the cause of the claim
FSA ICOBS states that "caused or contributed to the claim" is only relevant for breach of warranty/condition. This is not a breach of warranty or condition, it is a breach of utmost good faith. In such cases the FOS has published case notes which confirm that if the non-disclosure was inadvertent, and if the insurer would not have accepted the risk had it known the true facts, the insurer is entiteld to void.0
