DO NOT order from Syncro health

Placed an order with them http://www.syncrohealth.co.uk/ on the 10th of this month.In the past they have been quick at sending goods and no problems.But not having received the goods this time i tried phoning,no answer.Tried emailing and sending messages via their website,same thing.I have just googled liquidation syncro health and yes,on the 11th of April they appointed a liquidator.

Extremely annoying,and what is worse,this website is still running and I bet they will take your money in a flash.I paid by credit card but i bet I don't get a penny back cos apparently in these cases you have to apply to the liquidators.Some chance when they are in Guernsey!

I shall still contact my credit card co and just see what the position is.

I too have been caught by Syncrohealth. I also placed an order on 10 April and yes they have always been quick to post the items. No reply to emails or phone. The website is still up and running and I think you could still place an order.
Amazon is now listing their items as out of stock within the last 24 hours.
Will have to contact my credit card and see if I get any joy.

Something must have happened on the 10th April . . . I too placed an order which has never arrived. They took payment from my debit card on the 12th - albeit was supposed to be despatched the same day therefore would have expected it to be charged then - not 2 days later. Also tried constantly to reach them on freephone number - no answer!! Emailed several times but to date not read . . .
Luckily my order was small - but really !!!!ed off all the same. Would be interested to hear if anyone finds out what has happened.
I've reported to Consumer Direct / Trading Standards so will keep you posted if I hear anything further.

I am making sure this goes back to the top,as the wretched company are still there bold as brass advertising how wonderful they are.If the administrators have been called in then surely the website should have been taken down.

Utterly disgusting. I am wondering whether to inform google as they are now falsely advertising a company that is defrauding people.

:mad: Their site is still up and running and taking orders!!! I reported this to Trading Standards almost 4 weeks ago now - why is their site still running????????????

Also there is a link through Amazon website selling their products!?!?! I would have thought a large reputable company like them would have severed all links by now!!

On Amazon it does at least say unavailable at the moment on all their products,but most people would just order direct from the company anyway.There really should be some way of stopping this company from appearing on the internet.I wonder just how many people are still placing orders.Incredible.

Update.I have just put a load of items in my basket on their website to see what happens.it tells me that everything is out of stock and to try again later.So at least people shouldn't lose any more money,hopefully.

Bet they never get round to refunding those that have paid though!

The liquidators for Syncro Health have just emailed me - this is the first contact I have had despite numerous phonecalls and emails to the firm.
The liquidators have said that as I ordered after the company went into liquidation on 22 March, they will send me a cheque for the money within 7 days - so watch this space!

Yes,me also,which i think is quite rare.Usually after a company goes into liquidation you never see your money again! But i shall not hold my breath!

I too had ordered from them. Never had any problems in the past. My new order didn't arrive so I emailed and tried phoning with no joy. Imagine my surprise when a cheque arrived today from the liquidators! Strangely, Syncro's website is still up and running.
