Rewiring whole house costs, any help appreciated.. :)

Good point need to watch for this on all renovation work also on new build with professional fees.

Just to add make sure you get the wiring done by a competent electrician and that he issues completion certificates when he finishes. http://www.niceic.com/#

As it has been 25+ years since the wiring in my house was last done I was thinking of getting an electrician in to check and re-wire/update where needed. Details of any reliable electricians in the Belfast area would be much appreciated.

I am having a nitemare completing on my house so have not had the work completed yet, I got 3 quotes and they had a £700 difference!! When and if I ever get the work done I will update..
