hi, is it possible to have a thread for people who are not using MCOL but the actual courts? i know MCOL as its own help thread, but speaking from my own experience, it would be great if those of us who are not using MCOL had their own thread to guide and support each other?

Agreed and lets be honest MCOL is not the best option, the POC are somewhat lacking when using MCOL. I would always advise using the N1.
the way forward is the consumer action group .co.uk

There is already a thread here of people claiming through local court and no MCOL.

Barclaycard are using tatics to stall the process, they claim due to the volume of claims and order of fairness it will take longer to reproduce the information i needed.
they also claim data stored on microfilm will be available in the next 6 weeks or so...... they tell me the information commissioner is aware of this postion and that the microfilm statements do not fall within the scope of the DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998, but they will send the information as a goodwill gesture......is this a way of stalling to see if the courts will change and act in there favour

by the way MBNA and HALIFAX sent the info very clear and detailed within the given time frame.
