Spectrum Interactive At Premier Inn

Spectrum Interactive are a bunch of crooks! They took...

No, not really I'm just being over dramatic.

But I am a little annoyed.

I stayed at a Premier Inn in Kent at the end of March, and paid for a weeks worth of Wi-Fi by paypal. I found on checking my email that the payment had been authorised twice.

No matter, I think, I'll just contact Spectrum and get them to reverse the charge. I contacted them via the email given in paypal, and then again through the resolution centre. Over a week has passed since my last contact and I have heard nothing from Spectrum, and the erroneous transaction has not been corrected.

Can anyone suggest a way to get this flagged and my problem resolved?
