Just thought i would share a good result story with you. i have claimed back £4019. from lloyds tsb on old loans, although on a down note still waiting for part of the refund..after several phone calls and letters six months later they still owe me £1184 which they claim is normal practise to repay part of the refund. ..
Also claimed ppi on an old MBNA credit card and within 3wks i have been refunded £210.22 which then spurred me on to look at other credit cards i have had.Mint have agreed to refund me £1451.95, capital one and santander(alliance and leicester) still being looked at..
My advise is to re claim and be persistant...
Also a big thankyou to Martin Lewis for all your guidance
