reclaiming ppi if cards are already with collectors

not sure if you can all help but worth a try
about 4 years ago was on sick and sel employed but managed to claim against my ppi on my loans and cards well got into more strife after that and had to visit cab all my cards aloans are with collection agents.
now
1 can i claim anything back as they are with collections agencys
2 can i claim anything as i made claims against them which were paid out at the time

If you have reasons for mis sell then put a claim in, if you win redress they will take the money back that they paid out when you were ill and they will use the rest (if any)towards the debts you owe them.
It is possible that after they take back what they paid you the PPI was less than the claim you made and they will owe you nothing.0 -
was self employed at the time of taking out loans and cards does that count0

it only helps if the PPI you had did not cover self employed or had too tight criteria. It wont help if it did cover self employed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
