Fraud on my ebay account

Please help!
I have just checked my ebay account after being away for a few days, and have found that I have won about 10 items (I don't bid anymore) and I am the highest bidder on loads more - totalling thousands of dollars/pounds.
I have changed my conact email as it had apparently been changed, and my paypal cash is still intact, I have emailed ebay themselves and told them, but does anyone have any idea how long this wil take to rectify itself?????
I feel so sick that someone can do this......
Can anyone help???

I have done, as well as my ebay contact address. I just feel terrible as these people are not getting their YOU HAVE WON THIS ITEM sent to the fraudster but to me, and I have sent a couple of emails back apologising. However, these people are just getting abusive and I am afraid that I will have a whole host of negatie feedbacks on a (previously clean) account

Try emailing ebay again using every appropriate link from here:

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us/_base/index_5.html?item=&topic=index_5&continue=Continue+%3E

once this is sorted out go and ask on the techie board about doing a full scan on your PC to see if you have a virus or one of those key logging thingies, assuming of course that it isn't just a case of having responded to a phish.

make sure your passwords have been changed..

and never click on any links in emails asking to confirm details by entering your accounts/passwords etc...not just for Ebay, but bank accounts, Paypal etc...no matter how real and convincing they look..always log in to your accounts by the proper sign in page....most of these hijacking people get info from those phishing emails.

although on the news yesterday it was highlighted people can also get access to your info if you use file sharing programmes

This happened to my Brother in Law a few weeks ago, he is unsure what happened, but suspects it may be something to do with using a laptop wirelessly in his house. He's not certain, but he is savvy enough to avoid phishing emails/sites.

He sent messages to all concerned as well, most understood but a few got the hump and negged him. He left a neg back with the comment "Did not co-operate to resolve issue" then applied for mutual withdrawal. Each one was subsequently accepted.

Not ideal, but keeps you at 100%.

I didn't reply to a phish, and have no clue how this has happened since yesterday morning.
I have already sent an email to ebay asking them to help, and so far have had no response.
It just states on your link that if there are any bids, then to state that there was a wrong amount entered, then to enter the correct amount, but there is NO correct amount!!!!!
I am really stressed by this as I have been using ebay to earn money, not lose it.
I recently sold an item which I received an email about. This email stated that fraudulent bids had been made on the buyer's account, and so all bids should be retracted/cancelled, which I did. Does anyone think that ebay will then send this email to all the sellers which I have supposedly 'bought' from????????????????

I think you're wasting your time emailling ebay.

Have you followed the advice here?
