Lloyds TSB PPI Claim

Hi All
My other half has put in a PPI claim to the following all on 15th March 2012 using the initial MSE letter:
Lloyds TSB
Northern Rock (NRAM)
Barclaycard.
All were sent with proof of postage but to this day we have had no reponse from any of them.
How long do they have to provide the initial documentation?

Today i received a letter from TSB to say that they have received my claim form and are looking into it. I posted the form 1 and a half weeks ago. I also sent off to two other companies but nothing from them yet.
