Hi im looking to buy a used laptop sub 200 pounds if poss anyone know any reliable sites to buy from i tried tier1 and what a nightmare i had had to get refund in the end after a long saga ,dont mind a little over 200 if i have too its for home use but want to get the best spec for the money any ideas.

Yup - Save-up a little more. £300 will get you a basic but pretty respectable spec from a firm with some kind of customer service.
