Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com/thismorning website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Competition draw date:

Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 99 99 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63335 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63335 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

Holiday home

The prize is ownership of a caravan holiday home (a “caravan holiday home”) along with costs associated with that ownership, including but not limited to, all site fees / pitch cost and insurance fees up to 1 January 2014. The caravan holiday home is to be situated in one of at least 35 Park Resort holiday park locations within the UK (including 2 holiday resort parks on the Isle of Wight) run by the prize provider (the “holiday park location”). The winner may choose which one of the holiday park location they wish to take up the prize as well as the pitch location within the holiday park location (the “pitch location”) they wish to locate their chosen caravan holiday home, subject to availability and confirmation by the prize provider. The caravan holiday home is described as a Willerby Meridian Lodge with a minimum of a 2 bedrooms including fixed appliances including but not limited to, a table, chairs, sofa and a cooker, use of facilities within the holiday park location and entertainment within the holiday park location.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform Park Resorts of any wheelchair or other access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Please note that although Park Resorts can provide wheelchair access if required, the caravan has not been specifically adapted for a wheelchair user.

Beginning on 2 January 2014, the winner may choose and agree with Park Resorts one of the following options (the “options”): (i) keep the caravan holiday home where situated at the pitch location at the holiday park location and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the caravan holiday home, including but not limited to paying the relevant fees for the pitch location; or (ii) sell the caravan holiday home (in which case Park Resorts must be given first opportunity to buy the caravan holiday home back from the winner at competitive market rates, and bear all costs associated with such sale); or (iii) sell the caravan holiday home privately subject to option (ii), and bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or (iv) move the caravan holiday home to another holiday park location and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the caravan holiday home on the chosen holiday park location.

Park resorts will contact the winner with 2 weeks of winner confirmation and the winner must allow up to thirty (30) days from winner confirmation to receive the key for and to occupy the caravan holiday home. It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the prize provider prior to 2 January 2014 which of the options they wish to take up. The caravan holiday home does not include a television, other non-fixed appliances and furnishings. The prize does not include transportation of the winner to or from the caravan holiday home, nor does it include transportation costs of the caravan holiday home at any time after 1 January 2014.
