Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Hi - I'm currently using Browell Smith & Co. They came recommended and I'm very happy with them. They were not quite the cheapest (some of the virtual conveyancers were cheaper but they all seemed to have PO boxes!)
When I rang they gave me a quote over the phone (and confirmed in writing) - they are on 0191 250 4200
Hope this helps0 -
