Tonight I will speak to the management of the building and let them know that the company that is supposed to be protecting the residents parking area does not give a !!!! about the residents themselves.
Is there anything else I should do - to watch my back?
As long as you are the registered keeper of the car you will just be ignoring standard letters (as shown in the second-to-top thread, 'PPC letters & threats'). No problem with ignoring these.
Also no problem with telling the managing agent that the contact from their agent is harassment and this has annoyed you so much already you may consider suing if it doesn't stop. If you wish to possibly keep your options open to sue them then send one letter telling them to stop and that further contact will be harassment, a criminal offence for which you are minded to take appropriate action.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
