Katie, sorry to hear you're having a hard time. I hope your daughter is ok, I'm sure she will be. My sister just had her first child, and had a very hard time of it but now a few weeks down the line she's fine and so happy
Sending your daughter lots of love.
Well I seem to work a bit backwards on this challenge... if I aim for £5 a day I make £10 and when I aim for £10 I make £5 !? But I'm pushing it this month by going for £15 as I want to offset my car insurance... So I better get on it
Good luck everyone xxDeposit £5880/£10,000Sparkle Challenge - Loose 1 stone 0/14lbs

Hello Omnipotent Ones, Fellow Gangsters and Newcomers
,
Not been around for a couple of months, combination of offline stuff and PC / modem problems (I'm now on modem number 3!!!)
So looking to get back in the swing
Thanks Monkey, for running the thread this month ....
Please put me down for £5, think I'll be better starting small !
Great to see everyone's still making progress in their quests, whatever the amount chosen.
Good luck with the May Challenge everyone, and remember ... even if you miss your chosen target ... you've still succeeded, every little helps and you will still have earned more than if you hadn't done the Challenge

Please put me down for a tenner. I am going to sell some items on ebay - its free listings over a pound this weekend. And also doing eyebrow threading for a fiver for my friends. I mentioned I could do eyebrow threading the other day to a friend and now they all want it doing. Its a nice little earner. No More Buying Books: read 0/25; Bought: 0

Great to see you again GA! Looking forward to this months challenge, I'm desperate to get my savings up and the children are desperate for some new clothes so looking to gt £100 together for that, then raid primark! I need new shoes too, I seem to be getting through a lot of shoes at the mo, I'm way too heavy so I'm wearing them out fast, so along with the money making comes weight loss for me, aim for 1 stone in may
pigs might fly...only if I don't eat it first!
