Must get my vouchers spreadsheet up to date, as I know I've got some more to add that I've not counted yet. I'm impressed with myself that I've kept completely up to date with it since the very beginning of the year, putting in every time I redeem, straight away, and when things arrive straight away - 4 months of being organised and up to date is unusual for me.
Had a £4.50 sale on Facebook yesterday - I love when people turn up at my doorstep to give me money and help me to declutterThere's quite a few bits that I want a few pounds for that there is no point really putting on Ebay because by the time someone has paid a few pounds for the postage they wouldn't want to pay much more. And things that would be awkward to pack etc. I love that it can be so quick as well - within 15 mins of putting a photo of something up, the money was in my pocket
Got a couple more people picking some bits up today too. Happy daysHalf of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

Yes, I am selective with what I'll sell on there, as I've found Ebay much more profitable for some things. I'm at the stage though where my boys are growing out of things at a mile a minute so I will have a plentiful supply of things to sell as the months go on, so I want to clear the massive backlog of boxes and bags of Things To Sell as I want the space back, and I'm sick of pulling it out all the time to list etc and having the place a constant mess.
We have worked hard enough by now to be in a much better position financially, and yes we still have some debts to pay and I want that done sooner rather than later, but so long as we are still sensible, we can make ends meet relatively ok now. Ok so if I get a pound less for something on Facebook than Ebay I ight be disappointed, but I have too remember that that's less time I need to spend packing and in the Post Office etc, that I could instead be spending quality time with my kids. And that's priceless, particularly when they are still very little - won't be long before they are far too cool to want to spend time with their mum!
It's a mindset I am still trying to completely get into after things revolving around money so much for so long while we struggled to get and keep our heads above water.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
£25.25 from TCB (xbingo finally paid up)!
£5 amazon from SB
30p saved with voucher
Not doing too badly now the cashback is catching up! Also joined gala at the weekend after such good luck with all the bingo sites, dont think I'm gonna withdraw much, if any!! this time (booo) so fingers crossed the cashback tracks this week!!
Oh and I also got a lovely bargain from dwell, photoframe set which was £24.95, in the sale at £19.95, with voucher = free!! I'm not adding that saving though as I probably wouldn't have bought it but should be a nice pressie for someone (unless I decide to keep it, heehee)0 -
Finally after months lovefilm and xbingo are payable
yay!
Thank you for the fame wishes, think its gone to my head as I bought £74 of clothes today. I'm very large and admitted it today and with that came a dress or two that actually fit! I'm going to a posh spa tomorrow with my sister as a belated birthday present from her and need to dress up. It's still costing me £50 for the pleasure (my sis is paying £70 towards my treatments already!!) and I know I can't afford it but our pooch was put to sleep yesterday morning and my family are heartbroken. My sis has taken it pretty badly as have I so we need cheering up. He hadn't eaten are drank anything for 4 days and became distressed, we just couldn't bear to see him like that. So very sad. I get really choked up when I talk of him, I know he's only a dog, but when my brother was on fighting cancer at 15 (I was 14) he was the only constant thing in my life. My parents were at my brothers bedside for the best part of a year whilst my sister and I held the forte 200 miles away. Talking to Nelson at night whilst he lay on my bed was a form of counselling I suppose and he got us through some pretty dark times. If dogs could talk...£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0
