I'd be inclined to pass on whatever useful information (employer info) to the debt companies to try and catch up with the debtor. Afterall we all as a society end up paying more because of chancers like this. By just sending back as Return to Sender you're assisting the debtor in covering his tracks.Make £2025 in 2025

You don't have to, but it is much easier to do so if you can. I would keep a copy of the tenancy agreement near the door and show it to them, saying when you moved in.0 -

I agree. I just didn't like the idea that the innocent party had an obligation 'to work hard to convince them'. Bear in mind that, if they do ransack the wrong person's home, they are liable for really major compensation.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
