its from my farther and mother in law out of thier savings. i havnt got the bulk of it yet waiting till we definatly need it.
Is this going to be an issue with Halifax? Me and hubby are on the mortgage. Hopefully we will find out definately if it was on the application that it was gifted tomorrow I feel stupid for not double checking.
Do i get our solicitor to write the letter anyway to be doubly sure or wait for the offical mortgage offer and my MA to contact me with a definate yes it was.
