I received a message via Facebook , which went into my "other" messages folder. So didn't see straight away saying....
(16/03) You entered our competition to win a make-over with Louise Redknapp and Schwarzkopf and we're delighted to tell you, you've won! I replied, albeit a few weeks after the initial message was sent (Date replied 07/04).

Now I can understand if I replied to late to claim even though it didn't state that in the message. My annoyance has come from the fact they simply have not replied to me, at all! I've posted on their wall, direct messaged them, I've even asked via an email address I found on the Handbag.com web page.

A simple courtesy email would suffice!

Grr how annoying!!! Sorry I can't offer any advice though, sounds like you have done everything you can and will have to just put it down to 'one of those'. Guess it's a lesson to everyone to check their 'other messages' on FB regularly. It's happened to lots of people and it nearly happened to me had a complete stranger not messaged me to tell me i'd won.

Hopefully they message you back but it doesn't sounds likely....

I would imagine that with something like that, with a celeb involved, they have to work to quite strict timescales.

They probably contacted someone else after you hadn't responded and now don't want to deal with any hassle from you, I'm not saying this is the right approach to take, but I would guess that this is why they are not responding now.

Hope something else comes along your way soon, to make up for it x
