hi its a sad one only involves £8.49 but princple to me , my missus bought a raceday from buyagift.com for xmas when i organised the day well in advance tixs never arrived so had to pay on gate on day , they have apoligsed emensley and refunded £26.25 leaveing me short of £8.49 which was the cost of the gift box and post am i entitled to this and is there any act i can quote thanks in advance

Yes, I would expect everything to be refunded. What did they say when you pointed out that they had failed to refund the postage/gift wrap?0
