Hi there friends, thanks for your responses,

having looked it is very much more evington than stoney gate - kimberley road but nice and near the city centre

A one-bedroom ground floor flat in converted terrace house. I want it just for me to live in for work, any thoughts on this and the price?

    Many thanks, pmr

I would class Kimberley road as Highfields, even more so if it is towards the top end. It is a good location though, only 15 mins to walk to town.

Price depends on more than a guess from information you can post on here.
