in IVA & DRO
I paid my last instalment on my IVA in Aug 2011 & have not received my completition certificate yet. However this morning ive had a letter from my IP (grant Thornton) asking me to sign a form to enable a company called Claims Broker to "make every effort to seek any recovery of assets that may be due to me or my IVA". From what i can gather this is about people trying to reclaim PPI and that kind of thing. Am i right? It doesn't make that much sense if im honest!
Can anyone help?
