I've stillnot been refunded. They say they haven't taken any money but rang the bank and they have. I've made a claim with paypal.

Looking at my purchase history with CD wow, all but one of my orders has been cancelled - not because they were possible misprices like this one but because of stock availability. I'll stick to Amazon - they've never let me down yet.

I would email them let them know you are not going to do business with them again, get them to close the account.

Let them know you will not accept this.

All sounds a bit dodgy to me. Sounds like they were willing to get everyones credit card numbers and not honour any orders. Am gutted still haven't seen Shrek 4 and this was a mega bargain. I shall keep an eye on my card details for a while I think. Thanks anyway for spotting it shame they appear to be a rubbish company.

just had the cancellation email too but didnt get a voucher, shame as it was a bargain and my son loves shrek 3 so was excited to see shrek 4
