Just received two emails. The first confirming my request to cancel the order (I did no such thing) and the second saying that they are out of stock and therefore cannot fulfil the order, offering a refund.

However, they are still advertising the product for sale with a 7-10 day despatch time so I have respectfully suggested that they send me one in 7-10 days time when they get stock in.

just looked on my account at wowhd and the order says back order, i havnt recieved email saying cant have them yet tho.

however there corrected priced ones seem to be in stock, so where would i stand if they say i cant have them at the advertised price?

Just had cancellation email too another online trader to be added to the avoid list if it is not available get it off the site.

What they mean is it was a misprice and we will not supply it to you at that price but we are not honest enough to tell you this but will simply blame supply problems and refund your money and offer you a voucher.
