Zone Alarm Free uninstall advice

Zone alarm free has been finding a new network every time I log on and it is my normal network and ip address. I want to un install it. Is it just enough to use add and remove programs or do I need to use anything else to make sure all the bits are removed.

As it starts automatically I have disabled zlclient in startup using msconfig. I assume this will stop it from running.

Today zone alarm froze on start up and I think it is not running, no icon in botton left corner and this is why I want to remove it.

I have switched on the xp firewall. I also hope that this will speed up the start up process.
