have you had your tenner credited yet? i had to transfer current orange sim
to the new sim card but keeping my old no. was the onlyway i cud get a tenner on my my current no. its still not showing though cs says it can take up to 48 hrs..have you got yours now?

Thanks phone arrived on Friday, but how do i get the £10 credit? It came with 2 E-top up cards each with a different number i dunno why though.

i got my phone on friday..registered the sim same day..£1 free credit was applied immediately but was told to wait 48hrs before the £10 top up will show...48hrs later still no topup so called cs on sunday, was then told it can take up to 72hrs to show on the phone...fed up but waited and waited...still had not showed up today so called again...disgruntled and fed up they then applied the £10 straight away...asked what they were gonna offer for good will for the hassle and disapointment....was told to buger off and if i want to complain then to put it in writing....told her she must be havin a laugh as i am hardley gonna put in writing and walk to a post post after they wasted enough of my time already and quoted that im sure your company would like to know my experience as feedback to improve your services as i cant be the only one who has had a problem...reluctantly she put me through to supervisor who offered some free text but i told him i have free texts on my tarrif already so he gave me orange world free for 7 evening which will come handy to put on some screensavers and mp3 tones on the new phone...still not sure its worth the hassle....but it sure is cheeky making you be obligated to a topup when buying a phone but not actually sending you a top up voucher but doing it by registration....so for those that still havent had your top up..give them mary hell and get some free credit or texts...!!

Got my £10 credit eventually, not sure how long it took to go on cos didnt check phone every day, but i had an invoice in the post from Orange and it only had the phone at £14.99 on it. No mention of a charge for the £10 credit, so will have to wait till i get my CC statement to see if they charged me for it or not
