Approx Cost of Roof Dormer

Can anyone tell me an approximate, rough, ballpark, guesstimate, cost of putting a dormer into a bungalow roof? Floor is already boarded, so just needs the dormer into the roof, approximately 3.5 metres wide. The roof would be felt mineral, there would be one uPVC window, and it would need a couple of sockets, other than that just an empty room.
