harveybobbles is wrong unfortunately, you don't qualify for a DRO I'm afraid. You have over £15k debt firstly, and secondly you have already been given the money so you have assets that disqualify you from a DRO. Not a criticism of harveybobbles by the way, just the way it is.
I hope none of your debt still exists and you don't have to pay any back, but if it does and is still in the range that you say, the one off IVA is still, statistically and practically, the easiest and cheapest way of doing it.0
