You spent £11 on something you did not need or want, so you could get £5 back from the commission?
Am I understanding that right?
I am sure we all do it sometimes, make your order up to qualify for a discount, add something that you are not needing at the moment but will come in handy one day.
towels have no sell by date so when the OP does need them she got them with£5 off, well in theory anyaway.0 -

Yep, that's right. They were towels & nice Christy ones so it's not like I ordered a pair of men's jeans for myself! Towels always come in handy, it's just that I wouldn't have ordered them at that time. By placing an order for them, it brought me up to the limit required and I also had in my possession two very soft towels.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

Thankyou ivavoucher, my point exactly.
Freemans have now sent me a cheque, which arrived yesterday. Funnily enough, in my e-mail complaint, I mentioned that I would report them to the relevant bodies if I didn't have the £5 commission which was rightly mine and I received a phone call the same day, saying they would send me a cheque! Once it's cleared, I will close my account with them.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0
