Urgent how to connect to internet

My sister is trying to set up her internet connection, she is just signed up to talk talk and wants get on the broadband, when she clicks to get on the internet it comes up with a dial-up box..... why is this what does she need to do please? in network connections it says her modem (broadband) is connected, I am just on the phone to her now so please help asap! thanks

Tools menu >> Internet Options >> Connections Tab >> select "Never Dial a connection "

No problem - now ensure her firewall is up and running and not the windows one - see stickies at top of this forum
