In your opinion which is the best company to go with for price and service for first time buyers?

    EDF or NPower came out cheapest on our search for new provider.
    Arrange it online and choose monthly direct debit for the cheapest deal. The top deals by both of these also had no cancellation charge if you want to switch say within a year.
