Lloyds TSB online banking query

Hi I just have a general enquiry about lloydstsb online banking and old credit cards still appearing on there
They obviously have a balance of NIL and a 0 credit limit so I was wondering why it has not been removed?
When i applied for my lloydstsb platinum card they took my original credit card away and replaced it with this one so I presume technically it is a continuation of the first card? Did that I think 4 years ago around 2008.
Thanks
PS only one lloydstsb credit card appears on my credit report so that's why I presume the above.

I have the same a old advance credit card with NIL credit limit, NIL Balance. The account has been closed some years now, i think they leave them there to check back statements etc? I wish you could remove it from sight. Not sure if anyone has managed to get this done?

Me too, am trying to get it removed il keep you updated! Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

Great. Have you just rang & asked for it to removed?

Does it matter at all?
On my MBNA online page I have one there which must be at least 10 years old - same as you nil balance owing with 0 limit.
You do know that even if a card account is 'closed' a CPA presented for payment will re-open the account?
I would rather have it there ready to sort out if it happened than later being refused a card somewhere because of an unknown debt reported to the CRA's.
Just my opinion.0 -

Doesn't matter at all I was just interested why it was still there and also why my credit report only shows one credit card from lloydstsb ( the one that is open) and not my old one as well.Debt
