Yesterday my area had a thunderstorm that appeared to be right over the property.
Whilst the TV's were not on after the storm I turned on and it may of been problewms at the Transmitter but I got no signal I later retuned the set top box and did get the channels back although it was going to freeze frame and stopping.
Today after retuning again all channels seem ok except no ITV channels.
What do I do now?

Do a rescan perhaps?0

Check all the connections from the aerial to the STB are sound, no lightning damage and try again.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
