Go and ask your neighbours if they have taken it in. Check around in your garden and by your bins (maybe even look inside your bins). The driver will remember if he gave it to someone or if he left it so PF should be able to tell you on Monday once he is back in.0

Have done all the usual checked the neighbours and all round garden and in bins - but reading other forum getting worried I may end up out of pocket - no item and not being able to claim off paypalBack and on a mission:cool:0

I'm fairly sure it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that you receive it safely, so I would expect PayPal to refund you if they can't prove that you have actually received it. Fingers crossed the PF person can tell you where it is.0

Unfortunately for items under £150 only proof of delivery online is needed. For items over £150 the requirement changes to sellers having to show an online signature on delivery.
OP, did the postage take you over £150 by any chance?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. OK, you need to get the seller on your side and the both of you need to tackle Parcelforce about this. You also need to confirm the actual address that Parcelforce delivered to.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
