Any one else have problem logging onto their PowerGen account online ?

I have not been able to for months, I keep chasing but get this sort of reply -

I've just spent the last couple of days chasing them about my online account, amongst everything else, and it seems my problem was two-fold in that when I first registered it was still TXU and they're experiencing problems with some of those accounts, but also, my username (usually your email) had been altered slightly and was missing a part so it didn't recognise the details I was giving it anyway :rolleyes:
The number to call to speak to the online accounts people is ... oh hang on, I got a whole list of numbers here from the various people I had to call ... ok, i think it was 0800 1950980 that sorted it out in the end, but if not, try 0800 1613012 or 0800 0563747 or 0800 363363 and hopefully they'll sort it out for you"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

thanks for the phone numbers - rang the first one, spoke to a guy straight away, and he said he would pass my phone number to a supervisor to sort me out !! waiting now for a call back ........... holding my breath ....0
