Is it possible for you to contact the user that left that feedback, to get a better idea of who/what you are dealing with?

I have contacted that seller who left her that feedback an here's what she said about this Israeli buyer:

Hello - this buyer was very rude and abusive plus demanding
With me, she did return the goods and I gave a
Full refund which she was not happy with and
Opened a case, which eBay closed once she
Received her refund, I gave her honest feedback
Which she did not like, and before that she blackmailed
Me with bad feedback which she gave me. - up
To then I had never had negative feedback, but
I didn't really care - just wanted shut of her.

Thanks for your reply :) That sounds familiar, doesn't it...

While I offered her refund upon receipt, she wouldn't post it back and now have left me neg feedback and opened paypal dispute. But on the Paypal claim page, on her comment she put "I turned to a domestic expert (there is no official Levi'ses' agent in Israel) and conclusions were very somple."

Domestic? Is she having a laugh? She threatened me with her 'expert' report and 'Domestic'? Surely Paypal can't let her off with that though I know it's a lost battle already on my side as Paypal has now holding the fund.

I got an option to settle the claim that the buyer would be satisfied with her full refund. But she wants to keep the item(s)!

    My options are:
    1. Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of £22.50 GBP. The buyer can keep the item(s).

    2. Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of £22.50 GBP. The buyer must return the item(s).

3.Offer the buyer a partial refund in an attempt to close this claim.(The buyer indicated that a refund of £27.99 GBP would be satisfactory.)

4.Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.

    5. Disagree with claim. I would like to provide additional information.

If I choose option 2 that the buyer has to return the items, how can I ensure she would send them? Would she still get refunded from paypal if she doesn't post them back?

She bought two things from me, only complained about one the whole time. I asked her if she wanted to return the other item too but she never answered. Now she had given 2 neg feedback. Even though she's unhappy with one of them, the other one she has never raised any fault so it's very unfair.

Make her send it back, the damage is already done and you have done nothing wrong. Let paypal decide what happens next.

ramenkid; Sorry to hear about this, I would suggest option 2!

First you have already got the negative feedbacks, by the way you can have them removed, you will need a signature from a lawyer and fax eBay some documents with regards to defamation comments, I don't know what your feedbacks was, but if she accuses you of selling fake products and they are genuine, she is defamation of your name, and you need provide a declaration signed by a solicitor (affidavit) that this is not true, eBay is than obliged to remove the feedback's.

If you choose option 2, she normally has to produce proof of postage returning the item to you, and before Paypal release the funds for her, you will need to confirm that the item has been returned to you.

Regardless choosing option 2 you have nothing to loose, and why would she accept returning the item for £27.99 and not £22.50?

    Is £27.99 incl extra postage?

Anyway option 2 is the best one for you, unless you can provide some proof that it is authentic. Sorry to see this, but many nutters shopping on eBay.

As she has already left a neg for you, i would let Paypal decide the outcome, i'm pretty sure Paypal will ask her to return the item via a tracked method, unless she can show proof that it is fake, and i'm certain that to get genuine documentation for this proof would take a lot longer than a few days. I think she's bluffing.

I wouldn't reply to any emails from her, and only communicate through the Paypal resolution centre.

    Good luck

I think so too. I'm letting Paypal to decide. I am prepared to lose the money & items now but I don't want to give the buyer an easy ride. What have I got to lose now as she has left me nasty feedback already.

    Thanks everyone. x
