Who exactly issued this ticket? Private company or hospital?0

Whoa, they have accused you of fraud for using your own Blue Badge?! Keep that 'ticket' (obviously don't pay)! Who issued it?
You could make money from this one! It is no fraud for a disabled person with (or without) a Blue Badge to park elsewhere in a private car park when all disabled bay spaces have been taken already. In fact it's a possible indication that the Hospital is failing in its 'reasonable adjustment' provision of such bays (as per the Equality Act 2010) which for a hospital is quite a failure.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ticket issued by Private Company contracted to NHS trust. Balfour Beatty Work Place.0

Is there any indicator as to why they allege the use of the badge was "fraudulent"? A serious allegation to make if it is untrue. As Coupon says, it is looking like a possible claim for damages against the Health Trust and the company that employs half-wits as attendants.0

What they want to prove that someone is disabled: a handbell and a sign around their neck saying, "Unclean"?
This makes me ashamed of my passport. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

It is shocking.
I saw the correct approach to disability 'reasonable adjustment' provision om the train on the way back from the footie just now. There are some particular 'priority seats' with a bit more leg room and a clear sign in front of every seat saying something like:
'Please give up this seat for any standing passenger who is elderly, has a disability or who is pregnant or carrying a young child...PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE NEED FOR THIS PRIORITY SEAT MAY NOT BE IMMEDIATELY OBVIOUS'.
Simple isn't it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Was it one like this ?

This one was issued to me at Pontefract General, BBWP operate the facilities there the same as they do at Pinderfields. Do the same as all the other private tickets on here and ignore them. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
They can not issue Fixed Penalty notices, in fact it would be illegal for them to do so, far more illegal than any other private parking ticket scam.
Ignore it, it s is a impersonation of authority scam, they have no legal right to charge you anything.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Hospitals are great at pretending they can issue penalties for breaching the non-displayed terms and conditions. This car-park has a payment machine & the tariff board, but the bottom half which I'm assuming would had the t&cs has been missing for some weeks now
