we hope your nerve holds out,,all you have recieved is a fake ticket, so nout to worry your nerves about,,now await letters from roxburghe( we have zero powers) debt collectors and the world famous PHONEY solicitors graham ( i am deffo not a solicitor) white,,again hold your nerve as these two clowns are all part of the same SCAM,,so relax,feet up, chill, glass of wine,stop worrying.

By supplying what they have asked for you would save them £2.50 DVLA fee, and give them the drivers details.

Even given that you have contacted them you will almost certainly only receive the usual letter chain, file them and ignore them!

Although from what it sounds like, Excel would have already forked out the £2.50 fee as it sounds like a invoice in the post & not a monkey in a high-viz jacket putting it on your car.

Anyway it doesn't matter, what matters is that you ignore them and ignore the retailer whom has foolish enough signed up to this protection racket.

I have lived in this town all my life and have used the car park as a meeting point to pick up my children when they have gone to town with friends (as it's a 'safe' area, well lit, busy and away from the road), drop my elderly mother off in town, meet my husband after I've done the shopping etc. Even today as there are a number of shops surrounding the car park, my husband nipped in to meet me.

I am so angry that despite this being an integral part of MY town, idiots like this can come in, set up a business and in reality prevent me and so many others like our family from using a part of OUR town that has been in existence well before they set up their cowboy business.

I fully understand the need to pay for a service but heaven's sake, it's like paying a toll to pass through.

I've already started spreading the word about these 'bad guys'.

You are spot on there. These people are nothing but verminous parasites. Tell everyone you know not to pay them a penny, and tell them to tell everyone they know... hopefully your community will get rid of this scum.
