You might want to check this card out. I've just signed up with CiTi Visa Card. It's offering 2.9% for life on balance transfers, and as far as I can see, no fee on the offer, :A

The only ‘life of balance’ low interest rate I can find on the Citi bank site is 5.8% for Citi Platinum Visa Card...0
