Had my kids nagging me to download the album Now 81. A 2 CD album with 21 tracks on each disc.
So, off I went to 7digital.com and ordered it, decided to pay via Paypal. While going through the Paypal process something went awry and although payment was taken only 13 tracks of the 42 track download was available for me. I tried going through the process again but it attempted to charge me again so I cancelled.
Anyway, I sent a quick email to 7digital customer services explaining the situation. I got an immediate automated response back with clear instructions on what to do if I needed to follow up the call and some basic advice on dealing with common problems (which didn't actually apply in this case). The email basically said it would be passed on for investigation.
I waited a couple of days until I received this email in mailbox...
Sure enough, the rest of the tracks were there ready for download, I downloaded them, kids are happy, no more nagging, I'm happy.
Problem solved nice and easy without any hassle, something I don't often experience these days.
Thanks 7digital Customer Services

7digital_Customer_Services wrote:Hello,
We are really sorry about the problem you have experienced.
Having checked our logs, we can confirm that an error occurred when you made the purchase, which prevented the transaction from being processed correctly. This happened in the communication between Paypal's and our system. Our technical team are currently investigating the matter, and we are chasing Paypal as well in order to get more information about what was causing this at the time.
We have added the missing tracks to your account now, so you should be able to access them fine at:

Once more our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused.
Should you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
Thanks,
7digital Customer Services
