Hi
Has anybody had experience of watching live Premiership football on their PCs? Are their any particular security issues to be concerned about?
I know someone who may have been watching Newcastle vs Middlesbrough this afternoon but can't help thinking that if it seems too good to be true...

BskyB own all the rights to broadcast premier games (including over the internet). If BskyB haven't given permission (and how could these sites afford the licensing?) then it is illegal streaming. NetResult are currently attempting to shut down these sites. Considering they are usually p2p (which is a banned topic on these boards anyway) I suppose the normal risks associated with those also apply."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

peer to peer (filesharing), same technology that many people share different copyrighted material. It has legitimate benefits but illegal material invariably uses p2p.

lol!!!! Just leave it. Its illegal and this is meant to be a "moneysaving" site? Not a "how to break the law to save money" site.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I certainly wouldn't wish to encourage anybody to break the law.
I'm not sure whether it's illegal to provide, to receive, or both but superscrapers link in post #4 made interesting reading.
