If its private, it will not be any kind of parking ticket, nor is it a fine!

So ignoring it is almost certainly the best option.

Who issued it? Have a look in the sticky to see the letter chains from many PPCs and tick the empty threats off as they arrive. :)
  • sorry i may be being stupid but how do i check letters all came through post and i have thrown most of the as i was told to ignore them, all letters were from Private eye excell the last letter is from graham white solicitors

"Graham White" is Excel's "solicitor" alias.

You've got two threads running, TJ, and I responded on the other one:

Read my reply and you will realise you have nothing whatever to worry about. This is all a predictable part of the scam. Won't be long before they give up and leave you alone now, "Graham White" is the last to write before they give it up as a waste of time and money.

Is it £207.25 by any chance?

Its a template letter. Graham White have a fat folder at the Solicitors Regulation Authority who are wondering why he sends out thousands of these demands with threat of court action every year WITHOUT EVER TAKING ANYONE TO COURT!!

Relax, I think the £207.25 is near the end of the chain, the letters ought to stop soon.

No court action will happen though.
