I wouldn't worry, I would suggest that you give them space when they come and view for the second time - don't point to the bathroom and say 'this is the bathroom' - drove me crazy.
Smile, and let them wander around on their own
Gather ye rosebuds while ye may
  • When I put in an offer and all looked like it was progressing, I was desperate to have another look! I wouldn't worry.

I viewed a house once and fell in love with it. It was all I wanted. Put an offer in that day.
After the offer was accepted I arranged a second viewing to show my dad and to size up the kitchen, so I can price out a new one for when I get in the house.
I don't plan on viewing the house again until completion, unless I have anything I need to check.
  • We offered after a single viewing, when the offer was accepted we then asked for a second viewing (this was so we could refresh our memories and plan for alterations / improvements we wanted to make.)

This is the same as me! I love my house-to-be and I want another look at it. So don't worry too much OP us buyers arent always being sneaky!
