I have been trying to book now since wednesday evening. my priority code still wont work . i have attempted to contact the sun by email and phone with no success. if anyone can help me i will be eternally grateful

No, that's not right. Sounds like your relative has a virus on the computer that's directing her to a phony site when it picks up she's entering card details.

Definitely get the pin number changed if it's been entered. And request a new card.

Hi I was wondering if anybody has a customer service number?? I managed to book my hol yesterday, I knew I wanted a Parkdean break so was just plonking in dates and parks and I manged to book one for 31st August Weekend Listed as Parkdean Southerness in Kent.

Very happy booked it and paid for it. Then went onto Parkdean site to see what was in the local area and it isnt in Kent it is in Scotland!!!!

I can't ammend my booking and I can't book another one as it says I've used my promotion.

Feel absolutly gutted! Emailed them yesterday as soon as I realised the error but I still have no reply!!
