if you type in ukholidaysinthesun. co . uk it will load the page where you can put your reference number in along with the 8 codes and your email address - it will then allow you to choose four parks and 4 dates

i have filled it in correctly , my wife has checked the spellings and it still wont let me booknow. i click that and it returns the same page booknow

try a different web browser - i wasted 10 minutes as i could not get the site to work in chrome but it worked fine in firefox...
