Varnishing doors + painting skirting boards

Hi
I've been quoted £350 (excluding materials) for the following job:
Varnish 5x new oak doors which are currently untreated
Sand, repaint and make good 5x doorframes
Sand, repaint and make good skirting boards in the following rooms:-
Lounge (20ft x 12 ft - but only three sides have skirting boards),
Bedroom (13ft x 10ft - again only three sides have skirting boards)
Small hallway (approx 5-6ft of skirting boards)
Thanks in advance for your advice.
