orange/quidco cashback please help

please help, I don't know if im in the right part but i need some advice.

I recently made a purchase for my home telephone and broadband via the quidco website, which offered me a £100 cash back. But I a yet to receive this. I have done everything im supposed to, like raising a cash back claim form.

does anyone else have a suggestion for me

How recent? It takes 2/3 months to receive cashback (or up to 6 if you have had to raise a claim)

More patience needed!

There is probably some T&C that says the contract must run for so many months before the cashback becomes payable - otherwise you could sign the deal, get the cashback and then break the contract or not pay them anything else.

They need to make sure they will at least get as much money from you as you will be getting from them before releasing the cashback.
