I was really upset when this arrived today because I'm sure the woman said that the tickets and hamper was of equal value and she made the hamper sound like it was big. I should have known when she wouldn't say what was in it, but I kind of feel like I've been cheated out of something better. I know I couldn't have taken the tickets for myself as I can't travel because of illness but I thought they'd go to my sibling instead. Really, really disappointed. I've sent them an email to see why they've described it so poorly and why the options don't match in value.

Received my hamper yesterday - will be calling them today. The mugs we received are on sale in Sainsburys for £2.50 (were £3.50) so with the chocs ur probably looking at £10 at most! A prize that was meant to be a VIP experience - not good enough.

Well i decided to ring Cadburys and I'm not happy! I spoke to the same lady I spoke to back in July who was again rude, confrontational and really shouldnt be taking customer service calls. They are now saying the hampers were a "goodwill gesture" if you couldnt attend BT London Live or take the Cadburys World tickets - i said this was rubbish and their way of trying to worm out of providing a price equivalent to what they advertised (which in itself turned out to be worth nothing). Lesson learnt I think.

So much for a goodwill gesture! I presumed the value of the hamper would be equal to the tickets for Cadbury world, otherwise I would have taken those.

I asked if I could send the hamper back and swap it for the tickets, I got no response to this.

Emails later, Cadburys gift direct are sending me a "special" hamper to make up for my dissapointment, to be delivered tommorow.

So I could not get the tickets, wonder what this special hamper will be? prehaps they will send me the heroes in a tin! lol.

I can't believe the woman offered me a hamper or cadburys world tickets, she said nothing of it a goodwill gesture. Especially as the mugs were only 99p in home bargains with the chocolates in!

So if I bought the same items in a shop it would have cost me £5. so the cost to Cadburys would have been pence.

Makes me sound ungrateful, just don't believe in being told something that isnt right.

Queenie I too am getting a further hamper after a few conversations with different people in cadburys, I explained that I felt people had been mislead by being told the hamper would be of equal value to the tickets, Cadbury's advised that the company that rang as to advise us what the prize was were given a script and it def did not say that on the script. They've been fine about it and obviously its a lesson learnt to them. I did stress that winners werent being greedy but were just expecting to receive what they were told they would on the phone.

well lets hope its something good! it is supposed to be delivered tommorow, I have checked online, and the weight is supposed to be 6kg, given that the other hamper was 2kg, sounds promising.....

I got an apology and a proper hamper, the ladies at Cadbury Gifts and Kraft were great and sent me kind emails. Thank You Cadbury!
